I really enjoy capturing intimate wedding celebrations when its just the couple and their closest family and friends – I almost feel like more of a guest than photographer by the end of many of these events. This time out got to capture two iconic Boston venues for the first time. The Old South Meeting House was beautiful and has so much history and character – perfect spot for the ceremony. And then the views from high above the city during the reception were amazing as always. But the highlight for me, as with all military weddings, was the cutting of the cake with a sword. Love that part, but just have to be extras cautious if I want a close-up shot. Enjoy.
